- First time at 3 kings and had a good time. Jagmeet( JACK) was very helpful and displayed excellent customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The prices were reasonable and they have a great rewards system. The shop was very clean and smelled amazing while I was in there. Not like your typical incense smoked out smoke shop. I'll definitely be going back for all my smoke and vape purchases.
- Don’t buy any vapes here they’re extremely over priced at this “vape” and smoke shop. I paid $107.00 for what turns out to be a $45 vape online. To top it off my vape just stopped working within 3 weeks. Every single vape store or seller ALWAYS gives atleast 30 days if not 60 days just in case the vape is defective. I came in and he automatically pointed to some hand written no return policy. He told me to return it to Smok which would take weeks if not months without a vape. I mean he did offer a discount but honestly I could buy it for half the price of what they sell it for and I doubt it would be a 50% off discount. Shame too I thought I found a good spot but if you don’t back up the devices you sell then you just lost my business.
