- This used to be my favorite smoke shop to go to but I'm not sure if they changed ownership or not, but the new people are extremely rude and it's kind of strange that I asked about their prices and told them never mind and was ready to walk out and the gentleman told me well then don't smoke. That's kind of strange since they own a smoke shop. I have no problem with paying some of the prices but it does seem like it has gotten more expensive and they don't have to be extremely rude just because you don't want to buy something. That will probably be the last time that I go here.
- Actually, would be no stars but that's not an option. I just called and asked the man who answered if he could give me the price for a carton of American Spirit Menthol cigarettes. He said no I can't. Stunned I paused and asked and why is that? He hung up. Worst customer service ever. I have never had this happen ever.😲😡
- House of smokes is one of, if not the best shop in town. They have a diverse collection of glass and everything else you could or would need. The staff are super helpful and very welcoming. I would recommend anybody to come in and check it out.
