- They don’t quality check the king palms cones so Make sure you check your product before leaving the store as they won’t swap them out. This wasn’t the first time I bought stale king palms from them. I left it in the bag and brought it back the next day thinking it would be okay to swap out (they were unopened) nope. So instead of simply having good customer service and giving me quality product they decided to stand behind no exchanges. I come here often solely for the selection of king palms so this is an issue for me. The stores on the far westside have no problems absolving losses and simply exchanging the product, i guess I’ll take my dollar back to the west side.
