- I called two times asking if they stocked non-nicotine, non-tobacco, non-THC cigarettes. Like the herbal cigarettes made to quit smoking, like the ones Djarums makes. I was hung up on two times, and the second time they threatened to call the police on me. You guys are idiots, I am not calling you asking for weed, I’m trying to find a non-vape smoking cessation product. If you spoke to me for one second you’d see that, and if these are illegal in Iowa for some reason, just tell me. You guys suck.

- I recently went into Up In Smoke to purchase a vape unit. Nick the clerk that was working wasn’t helpful during the process and offered no insight. Didn’t even tell me I had to purchase batteries for the unit separately so I had to search the whole town for batteries. After a few weeks, I decided this wasn’t for me and decided to return the unit. After speaking with the owner, I was denied a refund. I asked about their return policy because I noticed none was posted in the store or on the receipt. I was told they not going to accept my return and told to leave. I’d recommend finding a different place because the worker (Nick) doesn’t know what he’s doing and the owner is never there working.

I needed a replacement glass for my Rig in One in the teal color and he was able to get me one delivered to the store! Not to mention the nice selection and competitive pricing of all types of glass, vapes and coils as well as any other hopes and dreams a chill guy could hope for!
