- Really nice vape shop. This place really raises the bar with how "smoke shops" are typically. Clean, organized, and friendly. The staff here were amazing and answered all my questions and were very helpful in choosing a product that fit my needs.
- Few months ago I asked for a certain juice they said no problem they ordered it and kept it in back for me. Then finally couple weeks ago I go to get the juice and they tell me they don't hold juice. I changed vape shops as I had talk with manager and he assured me they would have the juice for me. That's why it's a special order. But today he tells me he didn't care about losing a customer as he gained alot due to me having that particular juice brought into his store. I could have kept getting it at Route 69 but he told me he had no problem getting it for me. Not very friendly . Also when I first started going to store the manager gave me the wrong coils this happened twice. We'll I guess I will have to go to Route 69 to be treated like a customer.
- Just left this place with my boyfriend who never used to shop here. I started coming here over a year ago because I get coupons in my mail to use here ( I live down to street in Des Moines). Well recently this chick started working there (maybe a few months back who knows) and told me they can’t accept those coupons anymore because they say Ankeny on them. She said she will let me get away with it one more time the last time I was there. I told her the owner lets me use them no problem. Anyway, today I took my boyfriend there (I didn’t get anything because seen was working and I just knew I wasn’t going to be able to use the coupon) he got what he wanted and I entered my rewards and asked if I have any coupons. She responded, “I can’t use any with tobacco products.” That’s not what I asked.. there’s no way of my checking my status because there isn’t an app. I just wanted to know where my points stand so I can see if I will be able to use them in my next visit. I just left and don’t care anymore because I won’t be back and also very seriously considered to quit vaping. It’s just so expensive. Anyway, this chick is just rude and pressures people to choose fast what they want. The other employees I have interacted with are nicer and more helpful.. what’s the point of a reward system if I get points for buying tobacco products, but can’t use the points to get discounts on tobacco products.
