- Lovely shop. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Product selection is good, I don't smoke pipes but I saw some that I still almost bought because they were gorgeous and quite cheap for what they were. Only real downside was the lack of thca flower, but I think that's a local regulation. One of my fave head shops in all of America.

- I WISH I could rate this place 0 Stars! I was out walking my dog, & since I was very close to this vape shop, I decided to stop & buy my vape juice there, rather than the other local vape shop I usually go to, called Astro Vape, (& they are amazing)! So I purchased a bottle of juice, the normal kind I buy at my regular shop.. got home, tried it, & it was HORRIBLE! Absolutely disgusting, to the point it made me sick. After realizing something was wrong, I looked at the juice bottle & realized it was EXPIRED by over 4 months. Thinking it could have been an honest mistake, I called the "Crazy Asian Smoke Shop" (great name for the owner by the way), & told her if my issue, & politely asked to exchange it. The owner was astonished that I had an issue with the expired product, and REFUSED to exchange or refund it! Horrible customer service! In her words, "I sell expired products all the time, and most people do not have a problem with it"! She was very rude, and basically told me too bad, I lost the over $20 I paid for it. I RARELY ever write bad review on anyone, or complain about a business, especially a small business, but I was blown away at the attitude, and total lack of customer care this owner showed me. She is ripping customers off, by KNOWINGLY selling outdated products, while NOT letting the customer know before they buy it! So BUYER BEWARE! SHOP AT ASTRO VAPE! MUCH BETTER SERVICE, AND THEY DO NOT PUSH EXPIRED, NASTY TASTING PRODUCTS ON THEOR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS HOLE IN THE WALL DID TO ME.
