- TONS of rare amazing items to look & that are available for purchase. Very clean, spacious, tons of merchandise to choose from, only complaint is that the cost of items here are kind of expensive compared to the other smoke shops in the area. Also, The smoke shops in Florida around the DeLand, Daytona Beach, Orlando, Orlando Beach, ect. are all in high tourist areas however the prices for their items are a lot cheaper than they're here & they're pretty much the same items. I would like to see cheaper prices here however I will return because I love how much of a unique selection of items they sell. I do highly recommend this smoke shop!
- Came in today to continue my hunt for a bong. It’s been an ongoing hunt for atleast 6 months now. I came in, Cody was working, he immediately greeted me and came around to assist me. He asked if I was shopping for anything in particular and then my price range. We went thru several bongs within a 10-20 time span and and after telling him certain specifics I was hoping for, he pulled out.. THE ONE! All because of his patience and understanding! Exactly my budget, with all the bells and whistles I was hoping for! I am very happy with my purchase, but even more so happy with the customer service provided by Cody! 💚 I hope the owners of this place appreciates what you have within this one employee. I work in the service industry myself which is why I value such great service so much. It’s rare to come by these days! Word of advice, DO NOT LET HIM GO and maybe even raise his pay!!! - This is the best smoke shop in Louisville! The first shift guy Quentin is great!! He's always friendly and helpful! There was a guy there, Cody, who made me uncomfortable but he no longer works there… goes to show that this place really cares about there customers and their concerns. Only smoke shop I will be going to from now on!!!
- They always have what I am looking for in stock. Quentin is so personable and always makes me feel so welcomed when I come in . Huge change from when a former employee worked there . Cody always made me feel uncomfortable and he was so creepy and Inappropriate. now that he is no longer at the shop , I won’t go anywhere else . Highly recommend to all of my friends . Quentin and the guys are amazing, they take customer service and safety seriously and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !
