- Bought a product here, was sold a damaged box without being warned first. The store knew it was damaged, and sold it to me anyways. I asked for the product at the counter and he carried it to the checkout and put it in a bag. Whenever I got into my car, I inspected the product and saw this pictured below and brought it right back in and confronted the cashier. I asked if there was another one of these available and he said that was the last one. I opened it in front of him and the glass is not damaged, but the case is and I really don’t appreciate being sold something that’s damaged without warning me, at least I would have known what I was paying for. I spent $300 here to get lied to and just disrespected and get a product that was damaged. Check your items before leaving the store. That was not handled correctly and I hope someone can get in touch with me to make it right.
- They carry a nice selection of kava and kratom beverages including my fave kava+kratom seltzer New Brew. Customer service was SO on point! Our salesperson was super welcoming and took the time to enlighten us about other products as well. Definitely revisting 💚.
- This place is the best smoke shop in Baton Rouge and maybe in Louisiana. Brad and Gage treated me with respect and honesty when finding me what I NEEDED. Honestly they are the coolest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. They do their job and more. Thank god for them and all the others I can’t name.
- Friendly staff and super helpful, however I must warn people in particular that are looking for 7-oh. The brand "Press'd" seems to be severely under-dosed. There is no way each tablet has 18mg of 7-oh in it. Aside from that but on the same note, their "Red-OH Press'd" brand that advertises the product as 5x stronger is absolute garbage, DO NOT waste your time/money with that product, it shouldn't even be on the shelves, it feels like benadryl, not even 7-oh. I realize it most likely just has pseudo in it, but regardless I may as well have taken Benadryl, absolutely no opioid-like effects whatsoever. I hope the owner sees this review and takes the red one at least off the shelves, even though the other ones are most likely under-dosed too. I get that its more convenient than ordering online, but the mark-up $ just to re-sell the "Press'd" ones was wild. You can check for yourself, look at their prices, then check online, its easily validated. Again, great staff and super friendly, but I think when it comes to 7-oh you're better off taking your business online.
