- My experience here has previously been amazing. I would have given 5 stars but there is one employee (girl with purple hair. I think she’s new her name might be kat or something) who has been extremely rude every time I go in. One time did not say a single word just used hand gestures and was snappy. Today she was very curt and just made me feel unwelcomed. I would hate to stop coming here but the purple haired employee makes me reconsider. The other employees are always very kind and friendly. And the shop owner (Billy I think? Dark hair blue eyes) has always been so kind and helpful so shoutout to her. Great products! Cute shop! Highly recommend (other than the aforementioned issue)!

- Came here less than 2 weeks ago for cigars and the older man working here was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didn't know where the cigars I was looking for were located. Tried to start a conversation because of the awkward cold stare from this individual and wouldn't even try to start a conversation let alone smile. This person was highly passive aggressive. This is the first time and the last time I'll ever buy from here. From the sounds of other reviews, management should do a full sweep and potential cleanse of some of if not all the workers here.

- It is 2:22 pm went into store to cash lottery tickets. No one stoe but cashier she proceeded to tell me she can't do any lottery because of shift change…took my business else where and will continue to do so.
