- I have always had great service when I’ve gone to this location. Always friendly and courteous. Hours clearly posted especially since the hours have been varied over the last several months. Today, however, this was not the case. There was a sign stating “Be back in 5 minutes”. The sign appeared to have been up for a bit as there were no customers, which is rare. But I waited… for a minimum of 20 minutes. I left, went to a competitor to make my purchase and when driving back by, the store was still not open. I’m not sure how long it had been closed prior to arriving, but it was over 30 minutes from when I tried to enter to when I drove back by. Life happens, we all get that, but if you have to leave (especially at a time more people shop), please be courteous and leave a note stating the specific time for your return rather than an inaccurate note that well understates the reality of the time you will be closed.
- I just left smokers haven mad an upset they called me a liar an wouldn't even replace there mistake an then I drove over to Maine smoke shop the guy at the counter went up and beyond to help me get the right coil he opened an bought 1 coil himself to see if it fit an didn't come to find out I had wrong coils to begin with an if not for him I'd had to buy a new tank an the selection of vape juice was amazing I vape Juice Head an this place had flavors I didn't know existed so this is the best place I've been in the whole state of Maine
