- Used to love this place. Was just sold an already broken slide, and of course, no return policy. I can get passed that because I was given an opportunity to look at the slide before purchasing and that’s really on me for not noticing in the store. However, the last 3-4 times I’ve encountered the young, dark haired woman who is usually there. and look, I can get passed the fact she consistently smells terrible, even from across the store, but she was also extremely rude, judgmental, and talked down to us like we knew nothing and hadn’t been partaking longer than she’s been on this earth lol. Extremely disappointed in the direction this store has gone, both in quality, and customer service. Just wasted money on a slide that isn’t safe to use, and thankfully I realized that before inhaling broken glass. It’s a real shame, I’ll miss giving them my business.

Usually I go in with an idea of what I want but I always find something amazing and unexpected (like an epic vintage Queen tshirt that had to come home with me)… always worth stopping in!

- The last 6 times I've gone here and bought a vape it would continue firing and burn the coil within the first day and is unusable. I understand all shops have duds but 6 out of 6 is ridiculous. Go to Empire
- Awesome shop/store! Came across their site while looking for a new piece and loved the selections. Tons of really cool pieces. The owner made sure I got the design pattern I wanted for a specific piece, even going so far as offering to restock colors if they didn't have the one I was looking for. I'll definitely be ordering again when I inevitably need a new piece lol
