- Phone number is no longer good. Recently changed personnel and service are not as good as they were. Prices are decent but are slowly increasing. Geared more towards vapes and alternative tobacco users than cigarette smokers. The guy who is frequently there in the mornings is very abrupt and borderline rude. A smile, at the very least would be nice. Used to give you a lighter when buying a carton, now nothing. It would be nice if they would open on time. Virtually never on time opening. Supposed to open at 8 AM, it's now 8:45 and they are just opening. The new management is pathetic, rude and has no concept of customer service.
- WORST SMOKE SHOP EVER THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS !! Says one thing for a price but then when they ring you up they charge DOUBLE and the. The lady says it shows the price and yeah it does at the CHEAPER PROCE BUT YOU JUST ADDED MORE WHY?!? They pocket money and triple their prices I would recommend the smoke shop acrossed the street before ever going back
- Shady business. I went in for a disposable electric cigarette, the lady told me at the counter for some reason "oh I give you for cheaper ". I open the product in front of her and the battery was dead. I asked for another because it was dead. I understand no refunds but it's not like I got the wrong flavor. She new it was a bad product is why she gave it to me for cheaper as she stated while I was purchasing. Said there was absolutely nothing she could do. It's not like they sold a lot of them because there was plenty. The woman acting like it was my fault she sold me something that didn't work. She said she couldn't do anything because she had never seen me before. So because I dont frequent the location your not going to make good on your part. Bad customer service.
- Waited to get 2 new vapes. Lady tonight let 3 people skip us and left us there waiting. Had a budget of $500 but selling cones and ear rings were more important.
- Without a shred of doubt the worst smoke shop I've ever been to. The person working the counter kept constantly directing me out the door, saying she didnt have what I wanted (even tho the clearly did. I could see it) and worst of all, asking to hold my ID. To look at a glass adapter. It's not a Rolex or a Roor. It's a $12 throwaway glass piece but she just seemed incapable of understanding that while I may not have been ultra presentable (I'd just gotten off work and took the bus to get there) that doesn't excuse treating me like a felon. I will absolutely never come back and the best part? I went across the street, spent $30 at the other store on Maryland and THEN spent another $20 at the store by 6th and Sahara.
