- I feel violated by the outrageous prices here. A tiny torch and a can of butane should NOT cost almost $25! No other store in all of Cambridge and Boston that I've been to charges that much! He said they charge more than Blue Moon because his store is a "real smoke shop". I laughed at his cockiness and told him they both have the same exact products. If I went to any other store for a tiny torch and a can of butane, it wouldn't be any more than $12. He came off as a charlatan. I've been told to watch out for them changing prices and scamming people. There are plenty of other smoke shops around here.
- The Indian or possibly Arab guy who works there can learn to take some criticism. Very rude. Also everything but the blunt wraps are overpriced. Go somewhere else. The Black guy has great customer service skills. Never any issues.
- Chris was very helpful and friendly. He made sure to greet me (which is a rare thing in stores these days) and assisted me with finding the right products. I can be pretty indecisive but Chris took the time to figure out what would be best for me! Great customer service and would visit again.
