- Worst vape shop in universe! First of all there is a gate to keep you out once you open the door until you show id. Once that is opened you find out they are more expensive than everyone else by a lot and then try and get out asap only to be corralled in by the gate again!
- Stay far away from these con artists. Sent my elderly mother in that needed a new vape since hers was getting a bit old. Usually she goes up to NH where the prices are much more fair or we just order online for both our pod juice as well as vape. This time instead of waiting I looked up this vape shop and told her to grab one there as it should be not much more expensive. For a Vaporesso XROS 4 mini they charged her $50! When she got home I couldn’t believe it. These are 20-25 MAX in NH and online where we normally order from they are $13 dollars. The shops and online retailers that charge $13-25max and this is with them making a profit already so can you imagine what these frauds are making on markup at $50 a unit where other retailers can charge $13 to us and still make a profit. Never ever again and I’ll be sure to let family and friends known as well. This is exactly why we as well as many others continue to order online right to our door step or worst case drive up to NH where we are ok paying a slight markup but not almost 5x. Stay far away as these guys are not reasonable and are ok with scamming the elderly and naive. Take your business elsewhere and stop letting these crooks run game on you. There’s absolutely no excuse for this other than pure greed and profit driven money hungry owners. If I was with her I would have never let this happen but like I said she didn’t know any better and unfortunately got taken advantage of. Making Profit is reasonable and expected when running a business but what they are doing is pure greed and bending the consumer over. Posting this review so others are aware and know better to not step foot in this store as they are ran by greed and do not care about the customers.
- I’ve been to at least a dozen smoke shops looking for accessories and not only was I assisted by someone fantastic today but I got exactly what I needed and more. I NEVER have such a good experience at smoke shops, I always feel like an inconvenience rather than an opportunity but the salesperson today knew exactly what I was asking for and made great recommendations
- I’ve been coming here for months and have never had a bad experience, even know most of the staff by name. I always have a lot of questions and Eliott always takes his time offering answers and small talk. Taron’s always very professional, friendly and helpful. And every encounter I’ve had with Sarah has been more than pleasant, she’s a sweetheart. It’s always a great time when I come shop, amazing customer service all around.
