- I went into the store to buy a chamber for my Puffco Peak, but unfortunately, the sales representative didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products. He initially told me he didn’t have any chambers in stock, but then he pulled out one and asked if it was what I was looking for. After opening it, I noticed it looked just like the Peak Pro chamber. However, when I tried to attach it to my Peak Pro, it didn’t fit. After doing some research, I discovered there’s another product called the Proxy that I wasn’t aware of. I returned to the store to explain the situation, but the sales representative refused to exchange the chamber. It turned out they had plenty of Peak Pro chambers in stock that day, but due to his lack of knowledge and poor customer service, I ended up with a product I couldn't use.
