In the end, this is the worst product I have ever bought anywhere. Money down the drain. It's a shame to deceive for your own benefit. I will never come back here.

- Okay smoke shop but they sold me a broken bowl for my Bong and then said "I cannot sell broken pieces" when I asked them to replace the broken product. How can you not sell something you clearly tricked someone into buying? Edit: I never said I used the pipe I said I did not notice it was broken until i got home. Now I am Changing my review to a one star for the owner lying about what I clearly said and going as far as confronting me in person for their mistake. Mistakes happen it's a $10 item to replace work full time and have zero issue buying a $10 item. it's the principle of the business selling a broken piece wether it was knowingly or by mistake and then accusing the customer of lying. this is NOT how a business should handle their mistakes
