- There is an individual who works at this establishment and his name is Hakim Escobar and he is one of the most positive, energetic, and helpful people ever. Previously I had bought some small screens online for my Volcano Hybrid Vaporizor. I was being charged $7.00 for the screens alone and an additional $8.00 for shipping!!! I stopped in and talked to Hakim who gave me a steal at $4.99!!! PLUS I wasn't paying just for the screens, it also came with a cleaning brush and spare parts for the filling chamber. It retails for $11.90 online through the factory mfg. and I can only imagine what they charge for shipping. Hakim? If you're reading this thank you not only for the great deal but also by being a ray of sunshine in a dark world. Thanks man. I love your philosophy and because you work there I love this place!

- I've been in this shop a few times over the years, and a handful of smoke shops in general. I never really expect anything with very brief interactions like these (its a smoke shop after all). My first couple times in here, it seemed to be like any other store. However, my most recent visits have been absolutely stellar thanks to one specific employee. I wish I would have asked for his name to include in here but all I can say is: this single employee is the whole reason I have loyalty to this shop now. Every time I enter, he is always brimming with positive vibes and helpful service. Genuinely makes me feel comfortable and welcome which can be hard to come by in 2025. I always leave with a smile on my face after our interactions. Huge shoutout to counter guy for being so authentic that I actually signed up for the rewards program lol

- Used to be my favorite place, but the manager is incredibly rude and I will not return. Bought tobacco that was so dried out it was unusable, brought it back the next day to exchange it and he made a big deal about it and was rude. There are other places that maybe appreciate their customers more.
