- They have bad customer service. I bought a drug test from them like 2 or 3 weeks ago and I informed him I had a drug test coming up. I went home and put it on top of the refrigerator until last night. My drug test is today and my wife saw that the drug test use by dat was 9/24 so I took it back for an exchange. I went in calmly talking nicely and I explained the date the first thing he say is no refunds then he was talking like he wasn’t going to rectify the problem. I didn’t even ask for a refund all I was asking for was a exchange and he didn’t want to do that and I honestly believe he wouldn’t have exchanged it if they didn’t have a customer and I brought him into the conversation because after I start cranking up he tells me to talk nicely 🤯. Do not and I repeat do not spend your money there it’s plenty of smoke shops with awesome customer service.
