A sealed cap is standard on authentic lab-grade products. Multiple Midwest locations told me “none of them have seals” which makes it obvious this is a supply chain problem, not just a one-off. Telling me to “come back” doesn’t change the fact that the product looked tampered with from the start. If you truly care about customers, the professional move is to check your distributor and raise your standards — not shift the blame onto buyers.
