- Amazing customer service! I had called several other places for this one type of vape that was out of stock everywhere. Then I took a chance and called Smokers Haven and they HAD THEM! I about screamed when she said they had plenty(I apologize but I forgot her name- she was working on Saturday) She told me she would put them to the side and I jumped in the car (I live in Ma) and when I got there I ended up buying more. She was very knowledgeable on different brands and even lower nic vapes(I'll get there someday). Store was clean and the layout wasn't overwhelming. Best of all is their rewards program! Smokers Haven is now my go to store!
