- Sometimes I go in just to visit Kenna and get a cone. Her customer service is unmatched, and she makes me feel so safe and welcome inside of the store. Considering all the love, effort, and attention she very visibly puts into smokers Haven, I think she deserves at least a $10 raise.

- I purchased two vapes Friday and Saturday evening one stopped working manufacturing issue I'm assuming. When going in and asking if I could receive a replacement or a credit to my account because I buy vapes their weekly I was told sorry nothing can be done have a good day . Needless to say I won't be returning very disappointed if I've had an issue with let's say monadnock vapor or even Jake's 5 star I would receive a replacement this is just bad business.
