The man there said that's how they are filled then proceeded to open 5 plus others with full pods then told me because I opened the package which you have to angle under the light to see the juice amount that all he could do was take 2 dollars off another vape. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING FULL TANKS OF JUICE. If you need a full vape go down the road to the vape store where the old family video used to be he has cheaper prices and better customer service.
