- I purchased multiple products from this Maxx location regularly, at least twice a month. I bought an FVKD minis vape and it didn’t work even though it’s light lite up. I tried returning it and the shop clerk told me that since I didn’t have a receipt and they don’t sell them any longer that he could not do anything for me. He wouldn’t even give me a discount on another similar product. Hence this bad review. I was able to show him my past months receipt from my phone, but the receipts did not have a location reference. I will not be returning here again.
- None of the prices are marked on any of the items, you have to ask what everything costs and they don't know either so they have to ring up everything just to see what it costs… When you ask a question about anything they know absolutely nothing about any of the products that they sell… If you want to go to a head shop and get some real service go to smoke rings in Garner or on Hillsborough Street, or Puff and stuff on Capitol the staff are always knowledgeable, and you don't have to guess what everything costs because it's clearly marked
- Been buying boxes of cigars for a very long time. They tried to over charge us by $25-$30, was extremely rude & disrespectful about it. We were regular customer but we will never be back. This was an awful experience, sucks too because we really liked this place.
