And informed her that there’s no refunds. The battery did not work. So I took it back. I was greeted by a couple cool people and let them know my situation with the battery, and without hesitation I was offered a refund. Very cool people and a very cool place. Great atmosphere and merchandise. Prices unbelievably low. I give this place 5 stars and definitely recommend Smokey’s House Of Pipes. Located in Bismarck.
