They got a discount if you you buy two. Last time I bought, about a week ago, the second vape that I opened didn't turn on. No big deal, next time I'm in town, I'll just swap it out. The guy that was working today- who may be a manager or something – was like when did you buy it? I told him a week or so ago. He did the right thing and swapped it out while saying to me- we'll do it this time-but he also gave me a look like I was some trash, trying to get over on him- saying it's been a little long. I let it go, but I'll say it here. Business 101 bud- if you sell a product that doesn't work, you apologize for the inconvenience and you make it right. Also, same class (entry level business) don't be disrespectful to your customers. You think I wanted to be bringing back a vape that didn't workout? We don't have to buy from you. These shops are a dime a dozen! I'll check and make sure everything works before I leave if I decide to come again.
