I have had great experiences and no issues every other time I have been there, but the guy working tonight scammed me. EDIT: The audacity of the owner's response to this review is another issue. It is not the customer's responsibility to ensure you run your business with integrity. That responsibility is no one else's but the business owner. If someone did this in my business (which is a reflection of me and my integrity), and a customer made me aware, I would thank them instead of making an attempt to insult them. This owner should have stopped at "Business Model" and left their phone number (small requirement of maturity here), and I could have edited this review to rave on the Owner correcting this mistake and business's integrity. - Decent little smoke shop. Conveniently located, people are solidly friendly and there is a good selection of products. I come to South Point for work and have been in three times to buy my vapes. They got a discount if you you buy two. Last time I bought, about a week ago, the second vape that I opened didn't turn on. No big deal, next time I'm in town, I'll just swap it out. The guy that was working today- who may be a manager or something – was like when did you buy it? I told him a week or so ago. He did the right thing and swapped it out while saying to me- we'll do it this time-but he also gave me a look like I was some trash, trying to get over on him- saying it's been a little long. I let it go, but I'll say it here. Business 101 bud- if you sell a product that doesn't work, you apologize for the inconvenience and you make it right. Also, same class (entry level business) don't be disrespectful to your customers. You think I wanted to be bringing back a vape that didn't workout? We don't have to buy from you. These shops are a dime a dozen! I'll check and make sure everything works before I leave if I decide to come again.

Came in there looking for a product, they didn’t have it right now, but she recommended vanilla custard fifty bar, made sure it worked before I left, thankfully bc it was a defective one, replaced and she was just amazing. Yall can’t get rid of her, she’s a manager and I see why, amazing customer service and she was so kind!!! Thank you!!!!
