- First walk in and the place smells amazing, great selection and a wonderful experience through and through. Bella helped us find exactly what we wanted, and made sure we left pleased with our order. 100% my favorite shop to go too.
- I went in to find a certain product and I was telling them that the rubies are not working anymore and she basically cut me off to say they are cherry now and I said that’s fine but why did I take a whole one and it just gave me a headache I normally only take a 4th and I feel great all day but now I have to keep taking 4ths all the way to a whole pill and I get a massive headache and never actually feel anything I think this batch might be messed up and she got and attitude and basically walked away and started helping another customer and ignored me. The guy was really nice and said sorry about her and I said that fine and I left. I was super nice I was just asking a question and I felt like they ignored me and got offended or something when I was just curious. I will never visit this store again worst experience ever I will go out of my way to go to sw 29th or to the Penn location where the employees listen and care about it’s customers
