- Sam and Joe are really helpful and officiant workers no hate to them. Sam sold me some really cool pieces for a really fair price. But after using my rig for the first time I had an issue with the holes being to small and it getting clogged after one use. Although to me and Joe it seemed like a manufacturing issue because we compared it to other dab rigs from the same brand and both realized the holes on the one I bought were way too small. Joe did everything in his power to make things right by calling his higher ups but all they could offer me was 30% off..which didn’t seem fair to me since I just bought 2 new pieces from them the day before for $218 all together. Joe did end up unclogging the rig but after bringing it home and trying it again the same thing happened with it…even after adjusting the water level. which I don’t think a rig should be a one and done type of product especially for $99. All in all the workers are great and I really appreciate everything they did for me but the upper management could REALLY use some work. I paid a lot of money and for them to brush it off and offer me 30% for my faulted product I brought back the very next day WITH my receipt seems ridiculous in my eyes. In the pictures you can clearly see a brand new rig (which was a recycler) clogged by its very first dab taken out of it…please do better. I understand “all sales are final” but it’s really upsetting that now I’m stuck with a $99 paper weight and no real solution to my problem. I’d also say take your business elsewhere. I really wanted to like this shop but any other shop I’ve been to and it was a problem on there part they have helped me and exchanged products no questions asked. Here it was like bitting nails to even get the measly 30% off.
