- So this is usually how my morning goes I'm usually smoking a cigarette out front of dusk till Dawn, one of a homeless camp. But I get picked up on a daily basis, and I mean not just every other day, the majority of the week I get picked up at the tobacco shop. Normally I'm able to chill out there in the front of the smoke shop for a good 2-3 hours and get picked up put an address in the phones and get a little tobacco and papers and move on with our day, not this morning this morning goes along the lines of me chilling for 30 minutes being picked up and being hassled within seconds of getting in the car needing to move even though I was probably going to go in there. They let people just chill out in their parking lot but yet me chilling out putting an address in and thinking if I need to go inside before I go on about my day what what's the issue there. I have been and was a loyal customer for almost a year and a half and yet I get treated like this. Would not recommend for the hospitality but their prices are decent if you want to be disturbed by the homeless around come on by
- The manager and staff are the BEST!!!!! They managed to stay open during Covid. The way they treat everyone is so good they deserve a big raise. Prices are def. Unbeatable. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and hiring this manager has made all the difference. Come on now give her a raise. Tytytyty
- My husband and I come to this smoke shop at least 1 a week to pick up a bag of Tobacco and rolling papers for the last year because of their cheap prices and until now friendly service. We have even bought weed pipes and bongs from them in past. This morning the female manager came out to yell at my husband and I that we couldn't park in her lot while we were trying to pull up directs to a place we had an upcoming appointment for and wanted to be sure we had enough time for my husband to run in and get some more tobacco before we had to go. When we tried to explain to her that we were looking up an address then would go inside to give her business she yelled at us that she's "heard every excuse in the book" and would get our car towed (I had pulled into the lot less than 5 minutes before she came out). We will not be going back to this shop again, we would rather pay a little more for our products than to be treated badly and threaten by management. Not to mention there is a homeless shelter next door so there is people already lortering and smoking all kinds of substances on the property.
- This is a $20 torch that worked for 2 days. I am not upset that I bought a $20 torch. Stupid enough I can't return it. I was not offered a receipt. After I inquired about their exchange policy. Had I not been distracted by a weird customer with stupid questions, I would have thought about getting one. This is the 3rd torch I have purchased from this smoke shop and broke in the first 30 days. If you can't guarantee the quality of the products you sell in your store. Then you should at least offer a receipt to all of your customers. Also, honor the return without hassle. I will avoid returning to this overly expensive store and go to Springfield before returning.
