- Horrible experience doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been in before numerous times and everything was fine.. But this last time the cashier was so rude. I’m normally so patient but he shouldn’t even be working in a position that requires talking to people. I was very nice and tired from just getting off work. I proceeded to ask him a question and told him I couldn’t read what I was looking at due to both being tired & my eyes not being the best. Instead of responding like a normal human being, and doing his job he decided to be snarky and downright rude and then hand me off to a random customer to help but embarrassing me in the meantime. The entire time he made it super unpleasant. He didn’t answer any questions even though that’s his job and you should know it due to working there?? Was very disrespectful, I don’t need someone to be happy and so nice to me but be a decent human. I should’ve walked out but I was tired and just wanted to get my purchase over with. I will NEVER go back. My recommendation is find somewhere else to shop.
- Um. Hey. Here’s an idea. Don’t sell banned vapes like Elf Bars that are also expired. AND counterfeit. Elf Bars are banned for sale in the US, your QR code leads to a website that’s broken that’s called ELFBRAZ and the expiration was 2024. You’re not gonna get away with this.
- Sure, they have great prices. But one male employee is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. He laughs and jokes and is completely over the top friendly with one customer and then the next has no shred of friendliness whatsoever. I would even call him a jerk. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Kudos to the rest of the staff. But one bad employee can make people not want to come back.
