My first time there, today, I picked 3 items, then was told there was a deal/sale if I bought 4 instead. However, I completely misunderstood the terms of that deal and selected the most expensive one as my 4th (of course…) The friendly (but very busy) guy working there (he's in one of the pictures here on Google) kinda laughed at me, corrected my misunderstanding — he was only referring to the cheaper product — but then gave it to me at the sale price anyway! I can't think of any other shop that would do that for someone they don't know, who just walked in off the street. Thank you Exotic Puff guy, you've won me over in spectacular fashion!
