- What a Gem 💎 of a smoke shop. Stayed with some family in the area while prepping for some hikes in Sedona AZ. My daily tobacco vape 💨 pen stopped working I was worried I’d have to drive down toward Phoenix however Royals smoke shop came through for me!! Now I might have to drive back from Phoenix AZ weekly just for the customer service and quality they supplied me with. The employee here named Jo was so friendly and welcoming. She took the time to hook me up but also teach and introduce me to products I didn’t even know existed. I also picked up some cannabis rolling papers and cones called *POP cones* (watermelon flavor & cotton candy 🔥) and bubbler for the road. They also have a great selection of cigars and for the real fancy they have a ton of hooka options. All in all don’t be fooled this Smoke shop is one of the best in Arizona. See you all again soon!
- To the owner, Rob. Never met you but I've been in your store and I gotta say, you brother are sitting on a gold mine. You have inventory that no one else has for 27 miles around you. If you're sitting on inventory that you can't seem to move. Man spend a few dollars on marketing. Put some real signs out. I drive past there and it looks like my grandfather's smoke shop. BUT it's not, you Carry so much more. Telling ya, little advertising will put your name out there and will pay off. And trust me, I know how to run a business. Rob, you could do 3x more business.
