  • yesterday one of their glass sellers chased me out of the building claiming I was going to back into his car (?) even though he was in the wrong for parking the wrong way (he had to cut in front of oncoming traffic to even get to this side of the street)?? I don't understand why people affiliated with this shop and who actively sell them glass are allowed to chase patrons out of the store (See photo, he is in the doorway yelling at another customer!!) but honestly Amazon sells the stuff they sell at a third of the price, and they'll deliver to my door. I'm done buying locally when they refuse to treat me like a human being and not their pay check. Note: I have literally been going to this shop since 2017 when I got to Burlington for college but this is the last straw.
  • Owner is a sweet pea. Always nice to go in there. Been a spot of mine forever. They have a mix of everything. The prices on the pieces are respectable always. I have yet to see a piece out of range for what it is. Good price of nicotine products. Really cute posters and art. Honestly. I want to sit in the back and smoke up with all of them. That's the vibe when I go in.
  • Sold me two completely broken batteries. They didn’t turn on or charge or anything. Just total bricks, which I spent over $60 on.
  • Very helpful staff. They helped me pick out the perfect birthday present for a good friend of mine.
  • I’d rather spend my money at the bern gal where it doesn’t look like a dive bar
