- After calling and stopping by no less than 10 Tobacco & Vape stores, I reached out to Route 33 Tobacco on a day they were closed through Facebook. Within 3 hours they responded saying they would be happy to check their stock for the product when they returned the next day. The next morning, before store hours, they contacted me. They didn't have my product, but found one, ordered it for me and it'd be in within 3 days!!!! NOT ONE of the other shops offered to do that for me. I'm very grateful to the lovely young lady that went out of her way to help me, and to the owner who approved her special ordering my product. This is the type of small business you feel good about supporting, because they do the same for you!!
