- Owner and all employees have been wonderful, except one. Both times I've encountered this clerk, she's been curt and rude. Rude experience twice with same clerk and this time she hit the back button on my phone and lost 1900 points worth 4$ off on my purchase. When I asked how she would correct her error, she said"I can't do anything about it". Interestingly, none of the other clerks or the owner have insisted on taking my phone out of my hands and have all been helpful. She insists on taking my phone out of my hands. Have the courtesy to at least try to help when you cause an error that costs a customer. Won't be back unless she's not on duty.

- Odd experience here a little bit…. Walked in and as I walk in I said “hey there guys!” As I and the worker full on didn’t say a word and just stared me down. (Never been here before) and it was just an odd feeling so when I got closer to counter I said “hey man” again to him and I was just started at….Ask for papers and the guy was confused on what I was talking about…. He was mumbling and put his hand over his face as he talked so it was really hard to understand. Told him to grab me Raw Black papers and grabbed rolling tobacco lol. Maybe an off day?

- The owner, his son and nephew all work there. They are all very nice & respectful; with ever joke around with customers. I especially like how nice the owner is. And the pricing is definitely comparable & more than reasonable. I'd recommend this smoke shop over any other.
