- I have been a long time customer of this place always ordered food, I get wings a couple times a week. The wings are good, but today I got a personal bag of chips ( A Small bag of chips) l was charged 5 dollars for them. I ask the guy working the counter if I could have a refund for the chips and he looked at me laughing and said “ you bought them and already paid I can’t help you” well that’s fine I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. I had not even left the store yet. I was still standing at the register holding my receipt. But it’s all good you guys got me this time since there was no price on anything. But I won’t be back and I will share this experience with everyone I know and see
- I bought a vape there yesterday. An employee highly recommended a brand that I don’t usually buy. I didn’t like it at all. I called the shop back (twice) and neither employee would let me exchange the vape. Totally disappointed and I won’t be back. There are two other shops that are close and I know one of them highly appreciates my business. My response to the owner: I have worked in restaurants many, many years and yes they would offer to make you something else. As for you “knowing” other shops. Ask Mo how much I spend in his shop, it’s quite a bit. I only stopped at kings because it was close to home. I don’t want a discount, I wanted an exchange. Mo would have done this for me, so I will take my business there. I only took the advice of your clerk as she said how good these new vapes were. I’m sorry I did now. Since I was trying something new, and she knew it, maybe she should have told me all sales were final. Very bad customer service!
- I love Gyros. I stopped today and tried Kings gyro 🥙 I have to say, one of the best I’ve ever had. Owner recommended to add peppers and he was not wrong. The meat was seared perfectly and their homemade sauce was par to none! I will definitely be back for another one soon!! 10/10 recommend!
- My Chicken Philly was absolutely the bomb.com and my mother loved her Steak Philly… We will definitely be back… I'm not allowed to eat the bread and there was so much chicken that it doesn't look like I hardly ate anything but let me tell you I did….
- This place has always been a fantastic place to go. Customer service all around is amazing, every one of the employees are respectful and helpful, and the food is delicious. I don’t think there’s a thing that could make this shop better, and if there is, it’ll be coming soon.
