I don’t do reviews… UNLESS I feel like my experience as a customer was phenomenal. Having my own business I understand how important reviews can be for business. Consistency is HUGE.. Knowledge Attitude Kindness EVERY TIME I left here I felt seen & heard. I’ve been to a lot of different smoke shops for years. I have a good friend owns a few and gives me 40% off he has for years. I choose to come here and will continue to shop here. TAY checked all these boxes for the 10+ times I came here. She makes you want to come back. She’s every business owners ideal employee. Whoever owns this shop you should give her a raise. She’s great!
- Truck driver here. I called in the morning but couldn’t get an answer. I show up and you’re closed for lunch for an hour at 3pm on a Friday. I watched a lot of people leave in the 10 minutes I was parked. Luckily your competitor an exit down stays open for their customers, and I can park at Walmart to get to them. I guess I’ll start taking my business there.
