- This place is a catastrophe. They sold me expired e-juice and charged me more than the sticker price! Overpriced, expired products and terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Going to stick with El Toro
- Called ahead to see if they had a 4.5" downstem to which they said yes. Made sure to bring my bowl to make sure it fit as well as a tape measure. Glad I did because I was initially handed a 4" downstem so I asked if they a half inch bigger and….. they did!! Dude was chill. Didn't really talk much and didn't really seem like he wanted to be there but I got exactly what I needed for a reasonable price ($9.99 before tax). Would go again but would also make sure I'm getting exactly what I need especially if it's glass or something.
- I like to support small independent business so I go to places like this store instead of the franchise stores. There is a 7-11 in the same center but I prefer to give my money to the small independent. I have frequented this store for about a year. The woman is Ok, but the man is RUDE. He doesn't acknowledge you, will not greet or respond after you pay him the money and you say 'Thank you'. He will ignore you and not respond. He has a blue tooth earpiece and just at the moment that he rings up your order he starts to talk on it so that he doesn't have to acknowledge you. My wife visited this store 3 times and every time they were rude. I have visited the store dozens of times and every time this guy is irritating and rude. He is also not honest. I have purchased items from his wife that were 25 cents a piece, two weeks later I enter and ask him the price he says it is $1.00 for the same item. Rude plus being dishonest is more than I can take. Today is my last visit ever! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop and support!
- If I can give this please a one star I would, everything is over priced, when I was paid for my stuff the lady gave me the wrong Chang and send that I was right, this place is a ripoff I would advise everyone not to come here.
