- Looked me right in my eyes and sold me a fake geekbar product even after I went back in and said yeah this is a Chinese knockoff and the guy insisted it was still a new product just under a different name like how they license lost Mary and other products. The geek pulse ultra x is a copy cat product that is most likely full of lead and other heavy metals.

- If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was in town visiting for the holidays. On the way out of town, me and my wife wanted to stop and stock up on vapes. We entered the shop and the lady behind the counter mumbled some kind of greeting while her back was turned to us. Since my wife and I were engaged in conversation at the time, along with the fact that her back was turned to us, we didn't hear the greeting that was mumbled. As a result of us not hearing her, she began making rude and completely unprofessional remarks. Trying my best to be understanding and kind, I respectfully apologized to the lady and explained that we did not hear her and that we meant no disrespect. We began shopping for our vapes and every single question we asked about her products was met with a snide, disrespectful, unprofessional answer. This was the worst encounter ever. There was no way I was doing any business with someone with that type of attitude. The most insulting, disrespectful, unprofessional attitude that I have ever witnessed in a place of business. I quickly walked my wife right back out the front door to avoid the police being called for her knocking the lights out on that miserable employee. Spent my $300 at the next establishment with a smile. Would not recommend if it was the only shop within 500 miles!!! Take it from me, don't waste your time going here. Any other shop is better. I promise. ZERO STARS!!!!!! This horrible experience happened today on 12/29/2024 at 1:00 p.m.
- Definitely best vape shop in Hoover! Finally visited the store for the first time and I was amazed by the variety of selection to choose from! The staff was very friendly and helpful in me making a decision to buy cigars for my groomsman. Savannah, the employee, took her time to go over with me all the different cigar brands and flavors that was in my budget, and made sure I was satisfied when I left! Definitely will be returning to this store for all other purchases!
