- The older guy that works here is greedy and dishonest. Twice ive went and spend over 200 dollars and he hasnt put my reward points on my account they have. Thought it may have been a mistake the first time but the second time I literally asked twice if id get my points and he lied and said yeah. Too many smoke shops around to waste your time on one where the guy who runs it is constantly trying to cut corners and short you. Not to mention hes rude and loud too. Go somewhere else i would suggest
- I'm from out of state and have no idea what I wanted aside from a vape… guy was rude as hell and sold me the wrong cart for the battery… luckily swapped it for the right one … very unpleasant experience… I'd rather deal with the cops back home
- Absolutely terrible service!! Guy at the counter is smoking a cigarette while he sells me the INCORRECT item after i asked MULTIPLE times if it would work with my device. On top of everything they refused to give me a refund. Absolutely terrible. Go here if you want to get ripped off.
- Second visit @ this location. Different guy working, just as knowledgeable. Very, very helpful. My brother-in-law was buying vape set-up. He found exactly what he was looking for. Reasonably priced, easy to use. He loves the flavor of the juice, a bourbon tobacco. My father-in-law wanted to check out the store, too. Dad was amazed at how well presented, organized, and welcoming the store is. (I will add pics soon, as we will be back.)😊
