Authorities identified the suspects as Shane Scarlett, 26, of Mount Pocono, and Fareeq Ali, 31, of Collingswood, New Jersey. Both men were charged with possession with intent to deliver and other drug-related offenses tied to the All in 1 Pocono shop at 2657 Route 940 in Pocono Summit.
