- Third time in a row that I have bought a vape. First two just stopped working after 24 hours of use. This third one I bought LEDs do not work to show you any kind of levels battery power After less than two hours of Joos. All they do is shrug their shoulders until you sorry. I will not be returning to purchase anything from this place. Stay far away from them. It’s better to travel a little bit farther. And another lie. I paid 19.99 plus tax for my vapes 5.99? Lol.
- Careful when buying from these guys, wanted to support a smoke shop that was near home but it seems like they don't want to do good business. I bought 4 elf bars from them, over the course of 2 weeks I noticed one of them was a knock off brand called an "Elf Tank" that they have in the same display as all their other elf bars. Today I opened my last package, and saw that it has already been opened! It's out of the sealed bag, and the sticker on the bottom of the device has been removed. The top mouth cover has also been replaced with a round type plastic piece. I'm unsure how something like this even happens, but it is what it is. If you feel like rectifying this issue, feel free to reach out. If not, you lost a customer, no problem.
