They've ALWAYS been super kind and helpful regardless of what I'm visiting for. They treat me like a colleague and buddy as well, and that kind of customer service is rare these days. In fact, I've never had a store, staff, and owner that I appreciate more. I'll ALWAYS come back because of their sincere respect for customers. They're just a good group of people, straight up. I'm super appreciative of Pipe Dreams and am lucky it's right down the street from my house. Although it's not a HUGE store, it definitely packs a punch. I can't imagine needing something they don't already have, despite the size. They have detox, oil rigs, greens rigs – like stellar scientifics with stacked diffusers and ice catches, grinders, and a decent collection of kratom products, as well as odds and ends that are fun and playful…. I'm psyched they refuse to sell "glass incense burners" as well, so they don't support the meth/heroin epidemic. Kudos, my friends! All in all, the store, staff, and owners are terrific peeps. They're also talented musicians and generally rad dudes. Thanks so much for being radical, yall!
