- Owner is so paranoid about competition that he won't allow the employees to say the price of an item over the phone! This WAS my main vape shop in Enfield, but the kid on the phone wouldn't even give me a ballpark price, like "how much do they start around?". As a customer, I find being treated like a suspicious person extremely disrespectful, and I could tell by the way the kid sounded on the phone, that he already understood that, and was not comfortable having to tell me that.
- I have been a regular customer for years. I go every 1-2 weeks. Never really had a problem. I've been pleased with most customer service until today. 2 days ago I was talked into switching from the geek bar pulse to the adjust. I woke up this morning and it doesn't work. I have my receipt and all original wrapping and they're not even willing to consider they sold a bad vape, because I pulled out of the parking lot with it there is nothing they're willing to do. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Price is pretty average, the selection of vapes is great. They have a big selection of glass, pipes and tools. I'm in and out in under 5 mins, but have stayed longer asking questions too. They're happy to help get your needs met.
