- My regular store within walking distance of my home for years. The one guy and a lady have always gave me friendly service and made me feel welcome. I stopped there before work to purchase a OOZE pen. I asked the sales person if the one I selected was reliable? He didn't answer my question just started being mean so as he rings it up I say well let me get the gold one which the price was more and he became disrespectful. I told him I would be happy a customer purchased something higher from me it's called a upsell. I went back, couldn't get it to charge, tried explaining he cut me off yelled at me in front of another male customer entering the store. I asked for a card to contact manufactor for a possible exchange and he was so rude yelling at me in front of a male customer who was entering the store I snatched the card quickly out of fear and embarrassment. I was so ashamed, hurt, lost! I began to leave and cried as I left to go to another location and do my shopping he began to threaten me with the authority yelling get out get out don't come back and I'm explaining but I come here all the time. $15.99 is what I paid and it's not a lot but men should not be yelling at women like this I felt attacked verbally and now afraid to walk by the store when I'm visiting the plaza so I'm letting everyone know my experience just in case the guy tries something crazy when I'm in the area Normally I just purchase Marlboro 72 black smile and say "Hello My Friend" NOTE: As a business owner myself I ask Please people be kind to one another when conducting customer service we all work hard for our money and should not be treated poorly. We need each other RESPECTFULLY!!
- Really upset with this place . I always come here for years , just because it’s right next to chicken shack , decided to get a Flum vape pen just to be stocked up . Already had one so I hadn’t opened it . So when I open it the light doesn’t even come on from the bottom I go back. asking for a replacement or atleast a discount and nothing? guy just kept telling me it’s been a week so he can’t do nothing . Horrible customer service like why does it matter if it’s been a week or a day obviously the pen is defective. The bottom light doesn’t even blink . I understand if I was trying to lie just to get a free one but the bottom light doesn’t even blink . Lost a long time customer for just 20 dollars .
