- The man who works here is kind and inviting. He moves things along quickly and is always super sweet. Good prices too compared to gas stations!
- Actually I could rate this a five just did as not only is the owner a nice gentleman, but who he has working with and for him are young nice young men, 1 is getting his degree at UNLV, studies when not being extremely courteous while tearing himself from his books to get an education! Tell Sam hello great place, great work environment, as Sam is allowing them the time to get an education! This is our next generation and more owners should feel this way.
- Guy wanted to argue with me when I was telling him the down stem wasn’t the right size. He says they’re all the same 😂 each time I’ve gone here he’s always had poor customer service skills and a bad attitude. He charged me 8$ for a down stem. All the prices are pretty ridiculous aside from cigarettes. Then one time I almost left without my wallet 😳 instead of being polite, he yells, “what are you doing!?” at me and is rude about it, and then he’s always trying to sell me on random stuff as I’m walking out the door. Like sorry dude, I’m trying to leave now. If he can’t handle it as the owner he should get some employees that can. By far one of the worst shops I’ve been into 😕 get some better customer service skills and more reasonable prices and your shop wouldn’t be half bad 😊👍🏻
- When businesses post business hours they should stick to those hours. I drove to Sam's 20 minutes after they were scheduled to open and store was all locked up. waste of time and gas.
