- Went in to see if they had any premium tobacco and couldn't resist asking about their water pipe selection. Amazing these are hand blown. Staff was helpful and really try their best to take care of the customer.
- I came in looking for juul and ziip pods because I had just decided to quit smoking cigarettes. Everybody has the same flavor for the same expensive pricing … except D's smoke shop.. when I walked in I was overwhelmed with how many flavors were there to choose from and six different brands from juul to puff to ziip and unique pods and these new but really tasty Cali pods… the ziip and unique pods are a great price at 12.99 plus tax and all others are 14.99 plus tax… I would rather all be 12.99 but still good pricing. Mr. D has been really open and nice about looking for new flavors and asking my opinion on brands too!! Pods sold here!!

- Very helpful I was in with a friend who's buying smoking accessories I'm not a smoker personally. But I am so glad that I inquired about kratom gentleman give me some helpful information and referenced a film on Netflix "a leaf of faith" that I might watch to learn more. I suffer from chronic pain due to rheumatoid arthritis and kratom has been very beneficial and helpful no side effects. I tried the white kratom. thanks
- This store is absolutely horrible. The people that work there the two brothers are absolutely unprofessional. They do not care at all about their customers. I just told this man that I was charged $17.99 for a box that cost $9.$.99. All he could do is blame it on his brother and yell at me and actually insinuate that I did not buy them there when I go to the store over 2 to 3 times a week because I love going To Door to them where they are actually professional, where they actually care about their customers were they’re actually very nice and sweet when I actually do not change their prices, what I absolutely do not argue back with the customers, and to top it off if Ross Mintzer doesn’t have the item all you have to do is tell him and he’ll order it for you This smoke shop. You guys should be shut down for the service that you provide to people that come in there spend their hard earned working money. I was coming in there 3 to 4 times a week. How dare you overcharge me how dare you accuse me of not purchasing the item there and how dare you hang up the phone numb me you want to be ashamed of yourself you have to be ashamed of that store . Please be careful when purchasing things at the store because this man will change the price on you.
