- I went to carlito’s way smoke shop today (4/3/22), to buy a carton of the white Phillies cigars. I was overcharged. I paid $16.25. Carton says it’s 13.99, tax is not $2.17 on 13.99. I paid cash and did not get a receipt. I don’t know why you are ripping me. Shame on you for your actions. Whether if it was a honest mistake or not, I will never know. But you can’t sell something for more, when there’s already a price tag on it. You have to make those changes yourself.
