- This place quotes one price over the phone and charges twice that much when you get there. Will never go back, got my last money! Oh, and I forgot to mention customer service was horrible. Cashier couldn't leave his video game long enough to wait on us or ring out the sale. Simply stated…horrible! Update: the folks at the store responded and indicated the issue had been resolved. This is not true! Three weeks ago, I was promised a $60 credit for having been overcharged that much. I was supposed to receive a credit back to my debit card account. I have checked my account every single day for the credit. IT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED! Nothing has been resolved!
- First it looked like I went back in time. The shop was spotless and very well organized. Prices fair across the board. The most important thing to me is customer service. This shop especially my service rep Xavier Q. Was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond answering my many questions. He also helped me pick out something and I gotta say I love my E-cig cause it’s animated!!!! Love it and I loved everything about this place. I will be back. Happy day!
