- If I could give 10 stars I would for top notch customer service. I was looking to purchase an electric hookah, spoke with a young lady she answered my question and didn't rush me off the phone. I decided to check the store out, I was greeted by Joy who was amazing, she took the time and showed me how the Hookah cups worked as a secondary option. Needless to say I was able to get exactly what I wanted in my favorite color. Now I get my hookah home and I'm ready I hooked everything up, but one side wasn't working properly (user error). I called and who I didn't know at the time was the owner answered I explained the issue and she politely had me check everything, but what I didn't see what a small piece blocking the airway. Once I removed it, everything worked perfectly. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the calls to the one store visit.
