- Don't waste your time or money on this place. Kid doesn't know how to do business and is too busy blasting his inappropriate music to have any customer service after they sell you broken vapes and then point to the hidden sign saying they won't stand behind their products! Management was called but they're also too busy to have any cuatomer service. Good thing there's another shop around the corner because this spot needs to go!

- Super transparent with their products, this should be the location I went to last night and I love this store! I’m never in norcross but I love that this is also in Atlanta proper. Apologies for not getting the worker’s name last night but he was great, it was 9/12 around 8pm-9pm last night and he did a great job. I got a Fume Mango for now but I’ll definitely be spending more at this chain, making a loyalty account, and getting some good stuff. This is one happy customer!
- Patricia was very knowledgeable about vapes and helped me with any questions I had. She is the absolute best! She was very patient with me and even when I had a problem she assisted me and gave me great advice. She’s a wonderful asset to this vape shop. This will be my vape shop I’ll go to. She the best!
- i unfortunately happened to purchase two vapes that were defective and only realized a few days later and when i called i was informed that all sales were final but the guy i spoke to made sure that i got my money back when he learned that i was correct. he was super apologetic about the situation and i really appreciate his work to make sure the situation was resolved. if i was local to them i would definitely be using this store whenever possible!
